Greetz from Birmingham, in what is the last few hours of 2009 - a year that shall probably be remembered for all the wrong reasons.
Plenty of crazy stuff has happened in the last 12 months - the news has been awash with scandle, death and gloom and i for one am not going to sit here re-typing what everyone has heard a hundred times already as almost every TV station, radio show and website hammers out its end of year commentary over Christmas.
Instead, this new episope of theLAB will be looking forward to the new year ahead.
